Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages fromGOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY.  Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from GOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required. (Unless joining the Wine Club – see instructions on that page)

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

We currently ship wine to the following state only:  Washington. Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship to states not listed above in the future.  If GOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY is unable to ship directly to your state, please contact us at gary@gcwinery.com or by phone at (360) 909-4707 to make other arrangements.

Shipping Costs

UPS is GOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY’s carrier of choice (common carrier). Ground shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are services provided by UPS in our location.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

GOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY prides itself on producing premier, award winning wines. We take care to ensure that the wine you order ships and arrives in the same condition as when you ordered it. If you feel that the wine has been compromised during shipment please do not hesitate to contact the winery at gary@gcwinery.com with your full name, order number, phone number and email address.

We cannot however be held responsible for wine that is lost or stolen or after three delivery attempts by the carrier. Incorrect delivery information (including zip code mistakes), incorrect addresses or re-routing of packages at the point of delivery will result in an extra handling charge for ground or air shipments. If wine is returned toGOUGÉR CELLAR WINERY, the customer is responsible for subsequent return shipping charges and reshipment charges.
