Balanced oak and butter with hints of melon, peaches and apricots. Even people that aren't fond of Chardonnay love this one! $35

Sparkling Rose N/V

This is very popular and for good reason. Very slightly sweet (0.5% residual sweetness). Hints of strawberries and a gorgeous color.  $35

Sparkling Pinot Noir 2015

Grapes for this spectacular wine are from a vineyard 5 miles up the road. They are meticulously  grown and I used different methods to make this a bold Pinot Noir. It has lots of flavor and complexity. Try this with some lamb or salmon. You'll love it. $35

Sangiovese 2017

If you are looking for something between a Pinot Noir and Zinfandel, this is the one! Beautiful fruit forward with notes of strawberries, vanilla, cranberry and beautiful lingering oak finish. For food I would recommend cheeses, pork, turkey, chicken, salmon and lamb. $45

Sparkling Syrah

Yes, I said Sparkling Syrah and it is amazing! I went to school in Australia where they produce lots of Sparkling Syrah. This one is big and dark and has a nice long finish. It has lots of layers of flavors without harshness. Try it with a steak, pasta or pizza. You're going to love it! $35

Pinot Noir 2015

I wanted a Pinot Noir that had lots of flavor and was dark in color. I changed everything from enzymes, yeast, temperatures and harvest times. $45

Zinfandel 2013

Another Gold Medal Winner at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition (Largest in the US!). Customers sometimes report they aren't a big fan of Zinfandel...... that is until they taste this one! The goal was to make a Zin that had soft tannins and was fruit forward. This Zin has beautiful vanilla notes and a long lingering finish. $36

Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

This beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon is full of flavor and balanced oak  I held onto this Cabernet for some time to let it smooth out and soften.  $36

Syrah 2015

This one is going to knock your socks off! Grab a filet or ribs and you won't be disappointed. Big, bold and beautiful with balanced oak, vanilla notes and long finish. $55

Petite Sirah 2012

I made this one for a BBQ. If you're looking for a big red with character that you can age for 15 years, this is it or drink it now. Smooth tannins, balanced vanilla and fruit. $45

Malbec 2017

Malbec is on fire right now. And this is no exception. If you love  a fruit forward wine with balanced oak, balanced soft tannins and a long finish, this is your wine! $45

Mine Mine Mine Semi-Sweet Dessert Wine

I wanted my red semi-sweet dessert wine to be something one could have a glass of so I lowered the sweetness and fortified it with brandy to 18%. It has beautiful fruit up front and  and a long lingering finish. Pair this with pie, pears poached in wine, cheese cake... I think you get the idea. One sip and you'll be saying "Mine, Mine, Mine!" $49/750ml

Chapter 2

This is the second offering in the series of  my premium red wine blend. I'm very proud that it received the best of class award at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Chapter 2 is a blend of petite sirah and zinfandel.  Cassis, dark berries,  vanilla notes, balanced oak and a nice long lingering finish. Don't miss out on this one! $65

Roach Clip Red and Maui Wowie Red

This red table wine is all about the funny labels but do not contain any funny stuff! This wine is a great daily drinking wine. The wine is the same in both bottles - only the label is different. I did a DBA for this second label to go with the labels - Vansterdam Cellars - a cross between Vancouver and Amsterdam. Customers laugh at the label until they taste it and then they say "Hey man, this is good s___t!" $144 by the case of 12 only.
